At Ummah Markaz, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return Eligibility Checklist

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • In original, unused condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged).

  • Includes all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation number.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@ummahmarkaz.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package.

  3. Ship your package back according to the provided instructions. Items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@ummahmarkaz.com so we can resolve the issue right away.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, produce, or custom perishable items).

  • Custom or personalized products.

  • Personal care items (beauty and skincare products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and digital gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification, provided the items meet our standard eligibility conditions.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. Upon approval, your refund will automatically be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banking institutions may take additional time to post funds to your account. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please reach out to us at support@ummahmarkaz.com.
